The best thing yo do would be to see your GP, they can refer you to a specialist if needed 🙂
Have a look here for some more information on Tourettes https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/tourettes-syndrome/ – I trust NHS websites to have accurate information whereas some of the portrayals of Tourettes/Tics in the media might not be accurate.
