  I have done a MBA as I was interested in business. I always wanted to have a community cafe which would give out free food and coffee for the elderly locals and this would be paid for by other customers. I am a trustee for a cafe which is a charity currently. Otherwise, I think IT and apps in medicine will be a big thing in future and some sort of 24 hour real time support for mental health via your smart phone could be something worth looking into?
