I have failed an exam in the past and it was scary and upsetting, but then I think that as long as you learn from your mistakes you can move on and try again.

Hi, Julie here. To be completely honest, it’s terrifyingly! We are all human and sometimes we get it wrong, but that’s why it’s important to work as a team.

Richard: Yes it is, however we can not know everything nor learn everything we will all fail but we will fail better each time and in the process grow more resilient and wise.

Yes, because we are human we will make mistakes. The important thing is learning from them and being honest about it.

I think this is a great question. I passionately believe that we learn most from our failures. We are all human and we will make mistakes. It is important not to beat yourself up over it but learn from it. I failed an exam at med school and have made many mistakes over the years- that’s just life. I have learnt so much more from my failures than any of my successes. If you talk to anyone who has been really successful you will hear the same answer from them too. As the butler said to Batman: Why do we fall? So we can learn to pick ourselves up again.
