Ed Freshwater answered on 5 Feb 2019:
Being too busy because there aren’t enough mental health staff in the country! Our computer systems are slow and not very good, but the biggest problem is the number of people that need to be involved in good quality care (which in my case would include the patient, the patient’s partner, community mental health team, home treatment team, social services, midwife, health visitor, obstetrician, consultant psychiatrist(s) and GP). Try and get all those people together!
