      if I could type better it would help with notes – in my youth we did not have computers
      there is uncertainty about services as they always need improving – I find that hard as I hate change
      I don’t like all the boring stuff like mandatory training and the note system
      it would be good to have less severe people to work with sometimes

      If I could change anything I would probably ask for more staff, as the current workforce is quite stretched – we have the biggest and oldest population we’ve ever had but no proportionate increase in funding, staff levels or space in hospital.

      Steven here, I love my Recovery work and the way we offer recovery to clients as an actual choice and then help them discover ways forward and ways to support good mental health. But I suppose if I had a magic wand I would make my role 9 to 5 Monday to Friday so I could work with more clients.
