I always like to have a new challenge, and I have worked on different wards in the past. In the future if there was a new position available for me I would consider it, but for now I really enjoy where I am.

Hi, Julie here. I’ve worked in a few different teams and I think it’s good to take opportunities when they arise although the team I am in now are pretty amazing so I’m happy where I am currently:)

I’ve worked in a variety of wards, but have been happy to spend the last four years working in the community. I’m actually moving to a new role next month with a totally different team which is pretty exciting. I much prefer community work to being on a ward I have to say.

As you go through your career you’ll get the opportunity to work in many wards which will give you a really good and wide experience. I think it makes you a better doctor to have worked in different places.
